Although everything was operational, the baggage service at AirAsia EDI Terminal could have been better. Although lines could grow lengthy at busy times, the baggage drop was reasonably easy. Although handling was generally dependable, there were sporadic notable delays in baggage claim. Assistance for lost luggage was offered, although response times differed. The process was facilitated by the courteous and professional staff. Overall, the service was nice, but for peace of mind, it's a good idea to arrive early and carry necessities in hand luggage.
